Remington 700 ADL .243 w/ Leupold 3-9x40 VX-2

Selling a Remington 700 ADL. Shows signs of wear on the wood from being hunted with, mainly scrapes and scratches. This has had some custom work done to include shortening the stock for more of a "teenager" length- 13 1/2" from end of pad to trigger. Has a Decelerator recoil pad, trigger brought down to 3.5 lbs. (maybe even less), 22" glass bedded, free-floating barrel. I'm the only owner and was purchased new in 1995 as my first rifle and has less than 100 rounds through it. Great gun and great shooter, but all it has done is sit in the safe for the past 15 years..

 

Glass is in good condition and clear. Nick on top of the scope, but nothing on the glass.

 

I tried to research a reasonable price but wasn't successful, I figure with the gunsmithing and scope, I'll start at $700 for the setup. Please let me know if you think that price is out of line. Thanks.
