Used one on a jobsite last year. Went anywhere I wanted to take it.

I agree, it has a lot of room and would be very comfortable with it loaded. I love the ranch edition. I'm a little concerned the 700 would not be enough power for steep hills with 4 people and lots of gear. Thoughts???

700 is a dog. Friends mom has that same edition, very comfortable and lots of room but definately is more of a weekend cruiser than a go getter loaded down with packs and bodies

when you say its a dog, you mean its not fast like a 1000r or its gutless? im looking at them for hunting, its never going to the dunes.

Gutless. Loaded down there is a serious lack of acceleration. If you arent in a hurry and dont mind having the pedal mashed on every incline then go for it. It is seriously super comfortable and there is tons of room. I just hate not being able to move along. I just bought a ranger 1000 a few months ago and there really is no replacement for displacement.

I looked at them a few months back. Loaded down with gear and people they don't do very well in the hills. It will get you there just not very fast like mentioned before.
