windsun Report post Posted November 28, 2007 We were looking to take 350+ bulls but sometimes that doesnt work out, we tried for three days then I decided to just take a nice none broken bull. When Damion sends the pics of the other two bulls we killed I'll post em. It was a great COLD hunt! Here is a couple pics of my bull with my kids.

JIM> Ya thats a Mullins hat! I had been watching a 380-390 bull for two months but 3 weeks before the hunt he vanished but I think all the hunters pushed him into the rez. We hunted the west side really hard but the normal areas where we like to hunt had tons of hunters this year it might have something to do with some folks I know killing some very large bulls this year! It was still a great time.
COOSEFAN Report post Posted November 30, 2007 Hey David, your daughter has a great sense of fashion! Sorry about the pressure over there....but if we didn't kill those bulls, you guys would have, so somebody had to do it! It's OK.......we got new spots I did hear who is sending people over there and it's a shame they are resorting to doing that type of stuff. They will have less pressure in their spots now, but they will also be seeing more of us there I just wish they weren't giving hunters my pictures to go along with the detailed maps they are handing out! Oh well......great bull David!

HBU Report post Posted December 1, 2007 Nice bull. My father had that hunt a few years ago. It snowed about a foot and a half the first night and then melted in about 30 minuets the next day. What a mess.

Flash Report post Posted December 11, 2007 Great job. I was up there over the opening weekend. The west side was smashed with folks so we ventured to the east side in a couple areas that usually have lots of hunters and managed to get away from most. Got 2 bulls, one behind Tusayan by the Park boundry(303 rd) and another hanging out in near Peterson Flat. Went to 7E after that and the bulls must of known where everyone was because it was fairly quit as well and the bulls seemed to be standing in line to the area we were hunting. Better year than most.
