duxngeez Report post Posted October 8, 2017 I have at least 60-70 lbs of professionally cut/wrapped elk meat available for whoever would like it. It is from 2013 and 2014. It has been in our deep freezer the entire time and has never been thawed. We used some a couple of weeks ago and it was fine. There are steaks and ground and I think a few roasts.
