TLH says he really likes that caliber, and is a good shooter. Thanks Doug for all of the links. I like the Ruger and Browning, except for the wood stock. BML Report post Posted November 29, 2007 David, I own the Savage .270 WSM and I love it!! I won it at the Antelope Eaters hunt a couple years ago. It really shoots good right out of the box. I am shooting the 150g Winchester Ballistic Tips at about half inch groups at 200 yards. I may change bullets due to the extreme damage on my coues deer from this year, but that does give you some insight on how well the gun shoots. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
