kazpilot25 Report post Posted September 23, 2017 Went out this morning and called in 5 different bulls within 20 yards. They seemed pretty vocal today and responded nicely. The first bull I called in to 4 yards and he was a nice 5x5. Delw Report post Posted September 23, 2017 Cool vid there a blast too call in no matter how big or small they are. last sat evening we called a pretty decent one in and my daughter was belly crawling under the bushes to it cause it wouldnt come around the brush, the elk and her are looking at each other a few yards away and and she goes " WOW you have pretty eyes" LMAO" she drew back on that bull 3-4 times but couldnt get a clean shot. he hung around for 45 mins playing cat and mouse. then he decided to walk off. we walked back to the jeep about 3 miles away and called him in at least a half dozen times just out of her bow range and in really thick crap. trying to go back out this up coming week for a day or 2 so she can tag one.
