Guest oneshot Report post Posted September 16, 2017 Got a kilo of Stingray filets from La Cima, thawed out/soaked in salt water, dry/drain, mexican lime juice/soy sauce/alittle garlic/lemongrass tea/chili powder/ butter, wrapped in foil, baked @400 for 20mins... Agua Chili, small raw whole shrimp, lime juice, cucumbers, red onion, chili paquin, w/beans/torts for a before dinner snack... Served w/pork refried beans/rice/torts and colddd beer... Yummm...
