dmoto Report post Posted August 25, 2017 I've been in the process of trying to clear out the floor freezer in order to (hopefully) make room for a cow elk in October. Eating as much venison, striped bass and hamachi kama as possible. Ended up finding a vaccuum sealed pack of 3 whole quail from last year. Decided to brine them overnight. Rubbed them up with the go-to chicken rub, then roasted them at 435* for about 15 min.
