Need a knife smith or someone who can change the blade angle

A friend made me a damascus knife with an osage orange blade. I'd like to have the edge changed to 22 degrees or so and given a razor edge, beyond my capability.

I can do that. Ability to keep an edge depends on carbon content, hardening

 

I acquired a Damascus Bowie a few weeks ago from a CWT member and the blade had never been hardened

I can do that if the steel is high enough in carbon.

I commonly grind the edge 22'

 

Run a file across the edge and see if it skates or digs in.

There is a Custom Knife maker that builds his own Damascus blades in Gold Canyon. I can't think of his name right now but if I remember I will get it to you.

I forged this knife last month for a friend, that's a 22 degree hollow grind.
