naturebob Report post Posted August 8, 2017 He was a good one in His prime when I was i middle school and high school. I can still remember in middle school ,a old big 2 story brick building it would seem like it took forever to get to the 2nd floor and a buddy would allways sing ,By The Time I Got To Phoenix as treadged up the steps. That was about 1968 or 69. Funny how You can relate certain things with old songs.2 years later My Siter moved here and few years later I came to Phoenix from Erie ,PA. Did the song have an influence on Me? I don't know but I'M glad I'M here. Rest in peace Glen. You had a great life.....BOB!
