Several mountain lakes are within a few miles of subdivision with good fishing and excellent hunting in the area. Water (hook up fee applies) and electric are at the lot line. Septic is needed. Both lots are commercially zoned but can be easilly rezoned to residential with the county.You can also have a personal residence on the commercial lot if used for business (with a conditional use permit). Lots are zoned CG10000,hotel/motel/rental cabins,retail etc. I am asking $100K per lot.
