WTB small 5th wheel

I'm in the market for a 5th wheel. Something less than 30' ideally around 27'. Needs to have a bunkhouse in the rear or touhauler with bunks in the cargo area. Looking to spend around $10000

I have found a couple on Craigslist but they both sold before I could get there. Im in tucson but will travel for the right deal.

Right now I'm only interested in fifth wheels. I need to be able to pull a small boat or ATV trailer in tandem

I've got a 30' weekend warrior light with a hitch already on it... we're looking at going to a bigger fifth wheel...

If anyone is interested, My employer is getting ready to sell a 28' fifth wheel. 2005 I believe, Pilgrim model. Rear living room, upper master bedroom. Good size slide out in the living room. Probably listing for around $7500. In Mesa. Not a toyhauler, no bunks.

We are selling our 94 Prowler 29.5'. It has a tall front living room and walk around queen bed in back. It does not have a loading ramp on back.
