If I were you I would not waste any of your time with those bucks there seems to be something wrong with them . Just tell me where they are so i can put them in quarantine to see if there allright if they test positive I will dispose of them cut there heads off and hang them on my wall .

No, that is not a drop tine (too bad ). When i first looked at it, i thought the same thing, but i zoomed in on it and its just the deer's neck and there is a blade of grass that makes it look like a drop tine.
