Spainish Chorizo= cured/dry sausage type, can be eaten as-is or cooked into meat/seafood dishes... Dickmans has boars head brand spainish chorizo, about $17 for a 1/2lbs(prob can find less expensive on line), that is very good... Anyone know of other places in Tucson that have spainish chorizo??? paper-thin SC slices w/olives,stuffed grape leaves, hot red pepper/artichokes, french bread with olive oil/vineger...
