Hog hunting Independence ranch texas

Has anyone ever heard of this ranch inTexas for hogs? It's called independence ranch? I won a hog hunt and just want to make sure they are legit! Any advice or stories would be greatly appreciated!

There is a recent thread regarding this ranch. It initially appeared to be a great deal, until we found out you are required to pay them to skin and gun your animal and you have to pay $1 a pound. As you can imagine that would get very expensive, very fast!
