Healy Arms Report post Posted July 13, 2017 12 miles, 3 hours 55lbs pack. Nice - 4/hr with a load is a killer pace. That's some head down focused walking. South Mountain is perfect for this.

sjvcon Report post Posted June 2, 2018 When I was young it was Bench Press...because throwing up 405 for 8-10 reps got noticed and respected. An older wiser me doesn't give a whoot about that...I was dumb when I was young...so an hour on the treadmill or elliptical on Random at a high level/incline is the ticket. That and pushups/situps/pullups/dips.
Redman Report post Posted June 2, 2018 another vote for mountain biking, I used to run but my left calf just won't participate and the planar factitious flare ups gotten more frequent... today road for 2 hours, I am new to it, but the trails can be crazy hard and downright dangerous- some of the guys can absolutely fly down the trails....
rcdinaz Report post Posted June 2, 2018 Squats! A million variations, with weight or with out, near full body recruitment. You could do them in a closet if you had to and you can make them aerobic as well. You said indispensable not favorite... cause squat day can absolutely suck!!!
