Casey turned me on to those!!! I've tried to make them in Georgia but it ain't the same!!

it's the bread, I can make the rest pretty dang close but the bun is key!

it's the bread, I can make the rest pretty dang close but the bun is key!

 

the bolillo is key, but i also think its helps to have them made by an illegal border crosser who speaks little english. that adds a little something to it

The contest was kinda for crapola...Place was packed (free food), so the lines were looong, you couldnt buy anything, only the bigger outfits were there, signage was for crap...

Wasnt going to stand in ANOTHER line to be served a 1/4 of a SHD...

Ended up not even getting a sonoran HD or chorizo, went and got a hamburger in town...

 

Chacho's on Old Nogales hwy is our current favourite...
