Portal Issues? not able to apply BP for Phesant

So I tried to apply for Pheasant Bonus Point, and I get an error message. But when i apply for hunt # 11001, I can get it without issue. Another quirk?

Never noticed it but for whatever reason in the regs it doesn't show a 11000 bonus point only choice. I've never seen pheasant bonus points in the bonus point sheet so I'd guess they don't have bonus points for pheasant. Possibly due to not being a big game animal.
