Hoss50 Report post Posted June 13, 2017 I think Rotts and Dobies are probably my 2 favorite breeds. We have a rottie that we think might be part Dobie because of his height, and leaner build than most Rotts. He is one of the best dogs I have ever had. He is the sweetest dog I have had for sure. People are scared of him because of his breed and size, but if you know him you know he is the farthest thing from scary. Friends of my parents had both a rottweiler and a Dobie when I was a kid. Both were great dogs. The Dobie was more serious and the rottie was just a big happy idiot. My rottweiler acts like a big dumb idiot too, but he is actually one of the smartest dogs I have had.
