seek100plus Report post Posted June 7, 2017 Best way to kill time is scouting new places on google earth . I found this plane and have never seen it before , on this same road . My GPS tracks , says I went right bye it on my quad . Is it just me or am I seeing very large plane parked ?

Jazz Report post Posted June 7, 2017 Google Earth is the best. I don't know about the rest of the world, but my unit is updated as of 4/21/17. Pretty recent!! That, and GaiaGPS and Avenza Maps- just about fills my phone. The fact that you can draw on and make way points and routes on the webpages that automatically transfer to the app is a huge bonus. And yeah, it caught the plane flying.

elecshoc Report post Posted June 7, 2017 I like caltopo, I can access google earth, bing sat and quite a few topos including the new FS topo. Good stuff and I can download custom maps for myself.
