TEAM TOAD Report post Posted September 29, 2004 I was up in Unit 22 South this past weekend with my buddy on his archery bull hunt. NO LUCK. Bulls were hardly talking at all...they were shutting off 30 minutes after sun-up. We plan on heading back up this weekend. Anybody have any hot ideas?? We pretty much hunted around the "little green valley area", saw some real nice bulls, just seemed to always be in the wrong position. Plus it didn't help that once they left the meadow, they pretty much shut off. Happy Hunting You'll...... Thanks, T
COUESAZ Report post Posted September 29, 2004 Are you just using a bugle on them. If you are then try doing cow calls. It will keep them calmed down and a bit more interested in coming out and talking more.
