I'm with Doug on this one. Here's my most recent 'camp site' from a scouting trip in Oct. The only trouble I had was finding a gap between the rocks big enough to squeeze my butt into.

 

As far as I know, the fourteen day limit doesn't just apply to people, but to your gear too. If you see someone violating that law, feel free to call the ranger, or go find another spot.

What matty is not showing is his camper that is parked no more than 10' away.

Ive done it on a elk hunt. Guilty as charged! I am going out tonight to set up my tent in 36c, but it has nothing to do with the fact taht I want to grab a camping spot, I dont want to have to set up the tent at 1030 pm or what ever time i get out there tomorrow with the client!
