bowhnt Report post Posted May 13, 2017 hello fellow hunters. some info I found if anyone is still interested. this question has been brought up a few times sense Denmark stopped taking game meat. now i've tried Von Hanson's snack sticks & was a little disappointed. guess I was spoiled by Denmark. LOL. today I was dropping off my lawn mower to be repaired & I saw a sign hanging on the back board behind the counter....Bits O' Pig BBQ. I asked the kid helping me about it & he introduced me to the owner of the repair shop, Ken. he said he's the one who makes the sausage & will make with your game meat.
