I don't know your location but in n phx there's a metal shop quotes me 100 for a aluminum roof instatalled on a regular ranger. I'd guess a crew is more but is a forever fix.

Yeah, that is a screaming deal! I have one of the hard plastic ones from the dealer, but they run $500+. I'd like to know the name of the metal shop as well! Either way, they are worth the money to keep the sun off of you. Especially if you have a crew and ride a lot with the wife and kids along.

I have a friend who hade one out of 1/8" aluminum sheeting but finding a piece wide enough was his problem. I think he went to industrial metal supply and found a piece of scrap. Cut it then took it to a metal shop to have the back 4" bent down at a 90 so he could mount led lights to light up the bed, also bent the front 5" at a 45 to mount a light bar. Then a trip to Home Depot for some rubber bushings, screws and screw caps, and put it all together. Turned out very nice with a cool custom look. Less than $150

I have a new lock and ride poly crew roof I'll sell you for 300; got a couple scratches from sitting in the garage but its still in plastic and has the seal kit with it. Think they sell for 519 from the dealer....

The guys in the front office, a little bit rude but they are OK don't call them without a general measurement of the area to be covered
