Curtis Reed Report post Posted April 17, 2017 Hey guys, I'm selling my house and after the inspection, the buyer would like a uneven part of my sidewalk (trip hazard) repaired as part of the deal. Can anyone recommend a person to fix this issue for me? I'm a DIY guy, but I'd rather leave it to a licensed contractor for documentation purposes. rossislider Report post Posted April 18, 2017 On a related note, anyone know the going rate per sf for concrete these days? I'd like to put a pad up the side of my house eventually.

krp Report post Posted April 21, 2017 Average price is 4 to 5 bucks a sq ft. depending on grade... how much fill has to be hauled out or in. Small jobs under the 6 yard minimum will be more depending on size, we have a minimum labor + materials. It's busy, I'll be spending all weekend setting foundation walls, but usually we can fit a homeowner job in for a saturday pour. Kent
