Orange juice, soy-sauce, mustard/salt/pepper marinade(18hours)... brown sugar rub, then set on lowest rack of smoker to sear, then 4hours wet smoked(marinade)... PRDATR Report post Posted April 2, 2017 I don't know what brand you use but this is all I'll put in my smoker. I usually buy it at Bashas and get the 40lb bag for about $14. Food City has it too but sometimes they won't let loose of the 40lb bags because they use it on their big grills outside. I use a chimney to get it started.
