Tac Report post Posted March 23, 2017 Sako,Tikka and Remington are all in my safe and I have no complaints on the ones I currently have. I did have a remington 7400 30/06 that was miserable to shoot and group 6 inches at 200 yards. I glad it found a new home.

Hoss50 Report post Posted March 25, 2017 Howa makes a good rifle. They build the weatherby vanguard as well that is the same as the howa 1500. My basic Gen 1 vanguard in 257 weatherby shoots sub-moa all day with my hand loads. I paid 500 or so for the rifle, and the only work that I did was a timney trigger. A 3x9x40 from redfield and it is lights out to 500 yards. I think mine is a bit of an anomaly mixed with loads and practice. I have probaby 700-800 rounds through the rifle, maybe more. I have a savage 110fp heavy barrel in 300 win mag that is showing alot of promise too. It will be a sub-moa pretty easily. Harley
