Diamondbackaz Report post Posted October 23, 2007 I have butchered and processed every bird, fish, pig, deer and elk I have shot with the exception of one, and that one was to help out a friends business. Use the money that you would use to pay a buthcer and buy a cabelas meat grinder and sausage equipment. You can cut the steaks the way you want them and package the the way you want. It is not that difficult. And if you do a lot, buy a band saw. All of the equipment will pay for itself in by not having to hire a butcher. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
