Cabelas euro binoculars

Recommended Posts

Does anyone have these or any experience with them. I'm in need for some new binocs and noticed the cabelas euro optic on sale. I really want some Swarovski binocs, but just wondered how/ or if these compare.

They are fantastic

Have owned 12's, 15's, and currently have 10's and just spent a whole day behind them and loved them. Also bought a used set of 15's and turns out had edge quality issue so I walked in Cabelas and they sent me home with brand new pair. 👍

I have 10x42HD, 15x56HD, and now a 20-70×82HD spotter. I have thousands of hours behind them over the last couple years scouting and hunting. I am admittedly a glass snob, and glad I saved thousands by going this route over Swaros. Buy with confidence. I love mine

Thank you guys! You may have sold me on these!

I sold 15's cuz needed $ and 12's cuz just got married and felt bad I did not run purchase past wife 1st.. Currently only have 10's but man do I love them and I don't even like 10 power optics. They are so Easy on eyes!!! Not like so many eyeball straining wanna beeees. When I had issue with used 15's on 1st trip out with them I text Lance and he said no way man something must be wrong and like I said I walked into cabelas with them and out with brand new pair. Granted gal at counter held up my 15's with her hands no tripod and looked thru them at 50yards and said they seem fine but it did not take many words to set her straight and get a new pair.

If I had the $ right now I would buy another 12 & 15 while on sale! At full price I would just pick up used set of swarovski for $1200-$1400 but any higher $ I would buy Euro HD

I have the 10's non HD. Have been using them for a number of years. My friend has Swaros. The Swaros are clearer in the outer fringes, but the Euro's are very good. I'm not ready to spend the extra $ yet.

Well before you go swaro try the HD Euro and that edge will clean right up. 👍

I had this same discussion and I messaged Lance about this concern. I went with the Euros and Im very happy with them 15s! As Lance states above you save a thousand dollars for something that is maybe 3% behind Swaros. Its a no brainer to me

Dude, do it. I impulse bought some used last year from another site and it was the best thousand bucks I've spent. The glass is spectacular and the build quality is top shelf.

So here is the story on my 15x56 Euro HD.

I went in to Cabela's with the expectation to buy the Swaros. Cash in hand. I already had the 10x42s, and was very happy with them, but still thought I wanted the Swaros for my new 15s. I took them both outside with tripods with a great sales lady at the glass counter. We sat and BSed for about 30 minutes, while I swapped behind the two binos. Looking at the stadium, buildings across the 101, etc. I was still torn because of the image quality of the Euros was so close, wondering if the Swaros were truly worth an extra $900. We went back inside, still undecided. Then, she started her sales pitch on the Euros. I picked a good day to go, because there was a 10% off Sale on the Euros, I opened a Cabela's credit card, saving an additional 20%, plus they gave me a $100 gift card, and gave me an additional 10% off at the register, and I got $110 in Cabela's points, which they let me use right then! I walked out paying less than $1100 for a brand new set of 15s. As cheap as I got my 10x42s for on sale!

I'm going to up to cabelas soon and do the same. Hopefully I can catch a deal like you did, although it may be pretty hard to do. Not that it matters because they are both incredible glass, but did you compare them to the new swaros?

Thanks again for all the input!
