Kodiak Canvas 10X10 deluxe flex bow tent

Up for sale is our 10X10 Kodiak canvas tent. We have only had it out twice, it is an awesome tent, but we decided to upgrade to the bigger one. Asking $500 or best offer. It would cost over $600 with taxes if you bought it new. It is in great/like new condition. Can not ship. Tent is in Williams, AZ or my wife can bring it down to Mesa, AZ April 7-morning of the 9th.
