Viper Report post Posted March 5, 2017 I have had good and bad service in there over the years. I will not tolerate poor CS. They had some young guys working there that would be chatting with a friend from behind the gun counter and not recognize me standing there waiting for service. Then, finally turn and say "wasup bud". So, then I would not go back for a long time. I got to admit though, the last couple times I went in there recently (only because I was looking for a hard to find item) the owner and another older guy was there. They were very friendly and helpful. Healy is the best for CS!
Cell4soul Report post Posted March 5, 2017 Good feedback and hopefully the owner is on this forum or knows someone who is so they might be able to listen and change business practices. It is always good to see small business owners be successful. One would think that customer service would be of utmost importance to their business model when they have to compete with the big national chains. My experience with them yesterday was positive, but I did only purchase 2 bricks of .22 ammo.

Zeke-BE Report post Posted March 6, 2017 I've had great and terrible experiences. It can be a little Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde there. To paraphrase Forest Gump, Bear Mountain is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get. Just expect it going in. If it is firearms related +100 for Healy's. Fantastic customer service! ^^^^^^^^^
