AZ unit 27 WT pics, post em!

Recommended Posts

You took my unit 27 tag from me during the draw and you want me to show pictures as well. The nerve ;)

Just kidding. I have yet to shoot a unit 27 whitetail, although I have taken alot of mule deer up there

I will post (as soon as I can find it) some pickups of a lion kill, a true 6 x 5 whitetail rack.

Good luck on you hunt. No unit 27 tag for me this year, although I will be there the 1st of January chasin rutting bucks with a bow.

Man that's an awesome collection of pictures you have there Scott! Thanks for posting them up for us. Alot of them brought back the stories that went with them when you originally posted them.

Thanks,

Phil

Come on Scott quit holding out on us. I seem to recall a 125 class buck that was really wide? Also what about some of your own bucks. :D

Here is one from last year from the November hunt. The biggest buck I have still ever seen was there in 2000 or 2001 I dont remember exactly when. A solid 4x4 120-125 no questions asked net type deer if there ever was one. It looked like an effing carp. They are there but the lions take a toll and the numbers and terrain just isn't as forgiving as the Southern part of the state.
