CouesWhitetail Report post Posted March 2, 2017 Awhile back Shelvin gave me the meat from his javelina. I made a bunch of chorizo from it and then wanted to cook up the backstrap. I wasn't sure how I wanted to do it this time, so I used google to search for recipes and found one from the CWT forum that Coach posted about six years ago. That was the ticket! Thanks Coach.... This was awesome! I used chickpea flour and some cajun seasoning and it turned out so good that it barely made it onto plates before we ate it!
