I know from experience that they will do little to nothing to support your purchase. I bartended for a couple John Deer conventions when I was younger. I have used JD since the early 80's the only thing is get one with a Kawasaki motor!!! not one of the Home Depot ones with a Briggs or Kohler or what ever they put in them get one with a KAWASAKI !!!!!
