PhxDT Report post Posted March 1, 2017 This was super simple, and I loved it for dinner tonite. I stuffed the quail cavity with a jalapeno sausage, and salt, pepper and bacon on the outside. Grilled for 8-10 minutes. I threw a elk tenderloin on the grill for good measure.
