Camofreak Report post Posted February 28, 2017 All your bears are off your camera from Aug 19th too Sept 30th? I'd take your bow up on the general hunt and smoke one. Bryan

Mr. Natural Report post Posted May 20, 2017 It was pretty quiet in the part of the unit I was in the first weekend, and I haven't been out since. I may get back out next weekend if the hunt is still open.
AZLance Report post Posted May 20, 2017 Bears are hitting water everyday when it's over 90 degrees on my cams
Mr. Natural Report post Posted May 21, 2017 Oh, ok...I take it your cams are down lower? I was hunting up higher where it's not as hot. There was still a fair amount of water from snow melt in the creek beds, because there were still a few patches of snow here and there clear up on Mt. Lemmon (above where I was hunting) as of opening weekend. So water is (or was) still pretty plentiful. I'm hoping the bears make their way up higher before the hunt closes...although by then the temps may well be in the 90's where I was hunting.
Camofreak Report post Posted May 21, 2017 Leaving to check cams and sit water tonight for the week. Hopefully the cams are still up and the bears are plentiful!
