ASUOutdoorsman Report post Posted February 20, 2017 In 2015, I went on my first deer hunt. Being my first deer, I shot the first buck I saw. I've been hooked ever since! I'll never forget my first forkie lol All year, I was counting down the days before my second deer hunt in 2016. I was attending ASU and had to be back to school on Monday so I only had the weekend to hunt. Once again, my main goal was to tag a deer. Opening morning right as the sun broke the horizon, I shot my second deer. It seems that instead of shooting bigger bucks every year, they keep getting smaller! I'll bet that was the best tasting deer to ever land in your freezer. Yeah it was good I really felt bad when I had to chase mom off to gut him no joke.
