The Dinky Deer Thread - Let's see the SMALLEST one you've got???

Recommended Posts

In 2015, I went on my first deer hunt. Being my first deer, I shot the first buck I saw. I've been hooked ever since! I'll never forget my first forkie lol

All year, I was counting down the days before my second deer hunt in 2016. I was attending ASU and had to be back to school on Monday so I only had the weekend to hunt. Once again, my main goal was to tag a deer. Opening morning right as the sun broke the horizon, I shot my second deer.

It seems that instead of shooting bigger bucks every year, they keep getting smaller! I have admit, I like eating young bucks! :)

but really, I need to stop shooting small bucks haha

I haven't been in that unit in over 5years at least, but man that tree looks familiar.

My last kill in 2016

I know this isnt a contest, but dang it I feel like you just won a prize of some sort with that picture. I'll bet that was the best tasting deer to ever land in your freezer. :D

Yeah it was good I really felt bad when I had to chase mom off to gut him no joke. It was all my friends fault he loaned me 20x binoculars and I could see the antlers at 218 yards

Why limit ourselves to self deprecation? A great thread for outing other baby killers too.

Had to do several retakes of this pic, Duane's pinky's were covering this fawns rack... Bwahaha.
