Flatlander Report post Posted February 27, 2017 I've always wanted to have a big family camp where everybody has a tag. I guess it's fromhhearing all the stories of family growing up in MT and ID. WHT_MTNMAN Report post Posted February 28, 2017 Couple of years ago we had 2 cow tags in our family of 5. We hunted together, spotted and packed elk together. We are lucky and able to hunt out of the house. 2 cow tags filled the first evening with everyone there. It was a great experience. Normally I like having them split up. I get to spend quality one on one time with each tag holder. This year my daughter drew by herself and she made a great shot the one day we got to hunt. AzDiamondHeat Report post Posted February 28, 2017 We do a big family camp for deer, but not elk. For elk we all put in on separate apps to increase our odds of hunting that year. Has worked out pretty good so far. I get to hunt almost every year. We still have a pretty big camp usually, but few tags. We just like to be out there together hunting.
