I been trying to have them track a shipment, but I guess that's too difficult. I order many things online all the time and have never had this many problems . I just spoke with my brother about this. It appears that you were having it shipped to a business address, without your name anywhere on the order, which is why our shipping dept could not locate anything when you were just giving them your name. I'm glad that Joel was able to get to the bottom of this. Sorry if it seemed that we were not on top of it for you. Service before, during and after the sale is very important to us. Actualy that's not quite it, I did give them the name of the business and it is a home address. However it has been resolved and I edited and deleted my previos posts.
