When they shed?

I was wondering when they shed North, Central and South (AZ)?

 

Elk?

Muley?

Coues?..................I know the Coues I follow shed in May down south.

bulls drop on the rim and white mountains _________ and ____________. a few can be _____________ with good _________. under the rim you can expect larger bulls to _____ and most mature bulls will ______ for ____________ and easily be ________ with _______. northern winter range bulls will be a ______ and ___________ leads to a little _____ with _________.

Antler info is harder to come by than hunting info............as Rand Ulmer said in one of his hunting articles....glass where the game is!!!!

bulls drop on the rim and white mountains early and earlier. a few can be hacked off with good hatchets. under the rim you can expect larger bulls to hide and most mature bulls will stay for months and easily be found with no tag in hand. northern winter range bulls will be a hoot and beer leads to a little fun with horn.

the only real advice is STAY OFF THE MOUNTAIN until april first you Cornbagger.

I always figured the peak of the elk drop around Flag to be about tax day. But like non-typical said, someone has always been to the spot before you get there.
