Wasn't always so colorful, I can't believe how the area has gone down hill. My folks live in that neighborhood.It's kind of like Maryvale here in the valley. Several friends and USAF co-workers of mine bought homes there in the 70's and 80's when it was on the fringe of Phoenix suburbia. Now Phoenix PD has incentive Pay to get officers to patrol there. In Tucson that's where they go, after 9-11 I noticed it. After Katrina I noticed it, since the 2nd golf war has been "over??" Haha! I've noticed it. Now I see Indians living there.
