How does the glass compare on these 2?

The Glass is very close between the two. It is hard to tell which is better in the middle of the day. For edge to edge clarity I think the Leupold is just a touch clearer on the extreme outside edge. I will compare the 2 side by side this evening and see which is better in low light conditions.

Finally had a chance to compare the two scopes together this evening. They are very close I had to go back and forth several times at the lowest magnification I couldn't see any noticeable difference in light gathering ability finally at about 10 power and up the vortex was just a touch brighter. Probably because of the larger objective. In any case they are so close its hard to tell which is better in low light conditions.
