Campnichols Report post Posted January 17, 2017 So I am hoping I can get some input on trailer tires for travel trailers/toy hauler. I have tried a lot of different brands. Just curious is their any brands that have held up better than others?
turkeyneck Report post Posted January 17, 2017 Just bite the bullet and buy truck tires. Michelin the best.
Campnichols Report post Posted January 17, 2017 I understand that truck tires do not have the same thickness sidewalls?
ready2hunt Report post Posted January 17, 2017 I understand that truck tires do not have the same thickness sidewalls? you are correct. I have heard gladiator has good RV tires and discount is their distributor. You may want to check there.

More D Report post Posted January 18, 2017 My 37ft 5th wheel had Toyo truck tires when we bought it. Our tire guy says they are far and above any trailer tire. The one thing that you have to look for is the max weight per tire. What ever you get make sure that you BALANCE them. Most trailer tires are never balanced.
