codyhuntsaz Report post Posted January 14, 2017 I tried to put in for elk for my wife and when I got to the page where you can select to purchase the point guard it said may not purchase next to her name. She has a portal. I logged out then logged in through her portal and clicked apply for draw through her portal and it still said may not purchase when I got to that page. I applied for elk and antelope for myself not through my portal and when I got to that page I had the option to buy it. Anybody else run into this? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
