deserthunter23 Report post Posted September 17, 2004 havent been here in awhile,am waiting for Nov coues season on San Carlos,never too early to start gathering info,would appreciate any info without stealing anyones honey holes.first tag on San Carlos for coues,just tired of not being drawn.had a bear tag in unit C on res,early hunt,rained the whole trip but was awesome,saw five bear,lots of elk,two briusers over 400 didnt ger close enough for a shot,saw 3 others about 250 100 yards away from one didnt shoot,only want one bear want it to be a big one,anyway am rambling,really hoping to score on San Carlos this Nov,happy for any info where to start,thanks.........Steve Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

bullwidgeon Report post Posted September 21, 2004 I saw quite a few coues deer in Little Rocky Creek canyon and on that big ridge West of there this summer. Some looked pretty good, but I was in the truck and had no binos. Who knows what I could have seen with tripod and binos. I am pretty sure that is the B-Zone and not the R-100. Good luck. Bret M.
