Wife bought for me for Xmas, it's a size too big. Their sizing is goofy, I'm 5'9" 180 and wear a large base layer but XL shirt. Wife thought XL Jacket would be ok, it's too big though.

I'm about the same exact size as you and I have the First Lite Cirrus Puffy in XL and it fits perfect. I think this jacket has the same fit.
