Back from Elk Hunt

Recommended Posts

Here are more pictures of my elk. I shot him at 70 yards opening morning. It was an awesome hunt... here you go......ENJOY!

For some ODD reason, it keeps saying that I didn't select a file to upload...haven't done anything different from before. So if I can send them to somebody and you want to try, let me know??

Thanks...sorry guys!

I went ahead and posted this one you emailed to me.

Thought you would not mind since you asked for help.

I can post the other 3 if you want me to or I can delete this one.

Mike ;)

He didn't go anywhere. He dropped on the spot. I had him at 200 yards, but was waiting for my dad, to see if he could get into position to shoot him. But by the time my dad had gotten there he had made his way to the bottom of the canyon. I thought we had lost him, so I took off running to see if I could catch a glimpse of him......and what do you know, instead of running down the canyon, he started cutting up my side. We kind of just ran into each other. I came around a tree and there he was looking at me. So as I pulled up my rifle, he spun to take off, but it was too late, the bullet found it's mark and he dropped like a rock.
