Loyalty Point?

I know you get a loyalty point if you put in 5 years in a row for a specific species. Do you lose the point though if you get drawn?

 

I am almost positive that I should have a loyalty point for elk, but it doesn't show up on my portal account. I have been drawn in those 5 years though so that is why I am wondering if you lose it if you draw.

Nope you don't lose unless you do not put in 1 year.. If you don't put in ya gotta start from scratch. 5yr consecutive. Nothing on their,portal has ever been correct with my acct when I have looked. NOTHING

My portal is not showing loyalty points for any species.

"A Loyalty bonus point can also be earned per species, if an applicant submits a valid application at least once a year for a hunt permit-tag or bonus point for that species consecutively for a 5­year period. An applicant retains the loyalty bonus point once accrued as long as the applicant continues to submit a valid application for that species at least once a year."

you will lose your Loyalty point if you miss a year of putting in or have a mistake on an app and it is rejected.

I messed up a year on deer which I know is why I don't have a loyalty point for that, but I am going to call g&f about my elk. I am pretty sure I should have 1 for elk.

If you look at your portal account it shows all your draws and tags for several years.

According to my portal I have applied for 4 elk seasons in a row. That means this year will be the 5th earning the loyalty point.

 

Will that point count in this year's draw, or will it not start until 2018?
