Anybody else ever wanna just rip someones barbell pierced nose ring right out?

Recommended Posts

Ok so light turned green and I started pulling into intersection and suddenly I hear squeeling... I hit brakes and he keeps skidding and skidding and skidding... As he gets closer I see the phone in 1 hand and his vape pipe thingy in other and as he gets real close that dang nose ring is visible.. He blew thru red light and did number on my quarter panel and front end and some damage under. As I looked out my window down on him 1st thing he did was shove phone in his pocket then took another hit off the peace pipe. 😡 could have been real bad for both of us if he had not looked up cuz he would have hit my door at about 65 I assume due to 60-80 yard long skid marks, was 30mph zone

1st thing that went thru my mind was how I would like to just get out and grab him by his barbell or in this case dumbell nose ring and drag him over to front end of truck and run his nose in it but I did maintain composure. To My surprise in nasty weather and all 2 vehicles stopped to witness for me. :) AWESOME! Never once did dumbell nose and I speak throughout the interaction. The cops working New Years Eve were fantastic and tow truck guy was cool dude. Dumbell nose was in car when I left getting multiple tickets for stupidity i presume.

HAPPY NEW YEARS ALL! And yes sequoia totally whooped that civic

I have good insurance but after googling his insurance "Dairyland" it sounds like I will be relying on mine.

He was probably texting his boy friend.

At least you were unharmed.

I sure hope your deal turns out better than it did for my wife. She had the same thing happen a couple years ago but the other driver didn't even attempt to slow down and had the bare minimum insurance that only covered a small portion of the cost of the medical. We ended up having to sue our own insurance because they wanted to give her $2K for a settlement when the medical was over $20K.

Thats a bunch of horse crap. Insurance companies are worse than politicians, they're such criminals. A gal I was dating about 10 or 12 years ago got rear ended at southern & college In tempe and the 17 y.o. girl that hit her panicked and failed to take her foot off the gas causing her to hit her again and again, ended up shoving her all the way through the intersection. Had to get a lawyer involved. He told us no matter what the accident is, call an attorney before you say anything to either insurance company. Once they have your statement its pretty much in stone.

In the end she got the car fixed, all medical covered, more than a year of therapy for back and neck pain covered and a check for around $4k out of it.

Glad you're ok, but this stinks. My folks are insurance agents for a Midwest insurance company. I'm pretty sure Dairyland is the company they use to write policies for their high-risk insureds that have had numerous accidents and/or tickets. :(
