wklman Report post Posted September 30, 2007 well i went out scouting this mornin for a friend of mine since his son has an early youth hunt coming up. i went into a spot i've never hunted before and after 2 hours of walking and a mile and a half hike in i got setup glassing a couple of promising canyons. wouldn't you know it the first thing i glass up is a big bodied 95-100" class buck all by himself still in velvet. man,if only i had that kinda luck scouting my own areas.
